You can see if the rates being offered by any provider are reasonable.

Insurance
I currently accept health savings accounts (HSA).
I also offer a “super bill.” This document details services provided after a visit (like a receipt). You can submit this document to your insurance company and get reimbursed if your plan reimburses for mental health benefits. You can call ahead to your insurance and ask “What is my co-pay for 90837?” They should be able to tell you how much you will owe out of pocket after submitting a claim for reimbursement.
