Psychotherapy in PsyPact States

All services are offered by telehealth.

Telemental Health:

I currently offer services to people who live in one of the PsyPact states (see list below), Florida, Tennessee, Ohio, and New York. Telemental health is therapy by video and can be ideal for a number of reasons (e.g., transportation issues, limited time, limited access to care, etc.). Research demonstrates that therapy by video is just as effective as face-to-face visits. All services are provided through HIPAA-compliant, multi-layer encryption, which protects and secures video and personal health information.

While telemental health is a convenient and safe way to engage in therapy, it may not be appropriate for every person. The following process is used to start therapy via telemental health:

Steps to Get Started

1) Call me to set up a brief, telephone consultation.

2) The visit date and time will be scheduled. You will receive a set of intake forms and payment information to complete prior to your first visit.

3) Telehealth Day of visit: You will receive an email link to start the visit. Click on the link 5 minutes before the scheduled visit.

4) When the visit is complete, a receipt will be provided. Simple in. Simple out.
